  There was a very discriminate waiter who ask us to put stroller outside, with our baby in it, because it may blocking the asile. So we changed table so no one will be bothered. And by the way, he chose his own tip percentage, he took my credit card, punched the machine, when he passed back, I got the pin input screen. Very nice location though, I believe you will be fine if you are not with an asian face, otherwise I will say try not put yourself into a place where you cannot enjoy buy still pay high percentage tip. 亚洲人就不要去了，服务员非常没有礼貌，而且自己选择小费比例，隔壁餐馆便宜而且热情，这家店生意好所以并无所谓。

  Great restaurant right in the center of Old Quebec City. The food is a little hit-or-miss but the drinks and the dessert is always on point. It can be crowded during the summer months, but almost never a wait in the winter. The staff is about as friendly as you'll encounter at any of the other restaurants in the area.
  
  The prices are reasonable, good portion sizes and the menu is large enough than even a picky eater should be able to find something.
  
  The restaurant is a favorite to stop at to grab a drink and snack at the bar. Plus the maple creme brulee is delicious!

  Any traveler coming to Quebec City MUST go here! A real experience of the culture. Friendly, amazing good, great portions, fairly priced, scenic location and they speak English. The real treat is the cupcake that comes with your food. Don't miss that!

  There was a bunch of bees flying around outside so I recommend you not requesting to sit outside if you want to go this restaurant, or not go to this place at all. Great location, but poor customer service. They didn't bother to give anybody any water until they asked. Also, they threw my credit card at me because I didn't give them more than 15% tip.

  I went there for a school trip with temple and temple tours. My options were meat, or vegetable lasagna, and chicken or fish with either mashed or baked potatoes (its not all they have on their menu, but what I was offered because of the tour. ) So I chose the chicken. The atmosphere was lovely and so was the service, but my chicken was sweeter than the dessert! Now I do enjoy my sweets, but not in my dinner. It turns out there was no mashed or baked potatoes they gave everyone scalloped potatoes. I had asked some of the other students what they thought and said the sauce on the fish wasn't pleasant, but everyone that had the lasagna was happy with their meal. I would come back again but not with the tour company!
