  The atmosphere was very dated and stuffy - largely an older crowd. The staff were extremely nice and attentive though. The food was okay but it was a bit overpriced.

  After enjoying a chilly day in Quebec City my friend, and I met a young woman outside the restaurant who quickly and politely ushered us inside. Upon entering the main dining area we were greeted by a gentleman who saw to our every need.
  
  The food was reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. We had chicken, shrimp, pasta, and chocolate cake for desert.
  
  The little things like a wood-burning fireplace and bringing a hot towel to warm my friend's hands put this place over the top. Towards the end of our dining experience, we enjoyed live music and got to participate in the musical festivities.
  
  It was an amazing experience and is a must for anyone visiting Quebec.

  VERY rude hostess; bad service in general. Overpriced and not good. I have been to so many little cafes and restaurants in Quebec during my trip and this place was the only one after visiting which I felt very unpleasant and ripped off. There are so many more other wonderful places around Old Quebec. Save your money and save good impression ...
