  The service (French and English) was superb. There was one mistake with our order and it was fixed right away. Some of the portion sizes are a bit weird (the fish was a bit small), but a good experience overall!

  After a long morning walking around Quebec City and seeing that our first choice of restaurant didn't have the AC on, we decided to eat at Mikes.
  We got a nice corner table overlooking St. Jean, which was quite nice, although a little cramped with the closeness of the other table we didn't mind. We had a seat and in AC!
  We got seated quickly and were given menus, our server came quickly to get our drink orders. It took a bit for the drink to come, and to our disappointment, the kids drinks were in full size adult cups. At that point, we were ready to order, we ordered our foods and asked for the kid food as soon as it was ready as they were starving.
  Soon enough,, our youngest spilled her adult-sized drink all over the table. We used every napkin we had to no avail and our waitress was nowhere to be found. The table behind us contributed their napkins as well, and we took a not yet cleared plate from another table to put the ice and water still on the table on.
  Finally, our waitress came to assist another table and was about to walk away when we asked for more napkins and another drink and for napkins for the table behind us. It took a while, but napkins and other drink came, she actually spilled part of the drink setting it down and left. We then cleaned that up, but she came quickly with more napkins for us to clean it. We were quite annoyed at this point.
  The kids grilled cheese came first, it was quite food as I took a bit myself. And my daughter was so hungry she finished it before my wife's burger or my pasta/pizza combo came, or my other daughter's pizza. My food and my wife's then arrived, and then finally my youngest daughter's pizza. All the food was excellent. My pizza/pasta combo was quite large, in fact my youngest ate most of the pizza before hers arrived.
  Our food was great, unfortunately the speed and quality of the service was not. We could never find our waitress when needed and when she came she made the least effort possible. I think language was an issue, as our French is terrible and she seemed insecure in her English with quick and quiet responses, almost running away from us as quickly as she could. But no language barrier excuses not getting a towel to wipe down a soaking wet table.
  Overall, we loved the food (so much so we bought a bottle of their pasta sauce to bring back to the States), loved the location and loved the view from our seat. We will certainly go back, we just hope we have another waitress!

  Staff is okay, probably food too but I just try some pizza over there and I just want to say : don't go there for pizza. Those aren't worth it.
