  3/5 for the look of the store and the quality of the products (bananas were quite ripe and meat not so great, but the rest was good) but 0/5 for customer service as I was very angrily dismissed by a quite large female worker when I asked her where to put my reusable bags on the self checkout lanes, since all the space is occupied by plastic bag dispensers.
  
  She arrogantly told me that I had to put them on "the obvious place with the plastic bags", but it was physically impossible to balance 3 reusable bags there so I resorted to use plastic ones. Thanks Mr. Provigo for helping me to be eco responsible.
  
  Will most definitely not go back there.

  This was a loblaws before and since they changed it to provigo the prices went a little up but the place is beautiful now and it offers a wider variety of foods with a lot of biological choices
