  As much as I love Normandin we had a bad service. Waited 30 minutes to get a greeting and be placed to our RESERVATION table. Yes. We did reserve and it took 30 min to get to our table. Once seated, it took an anditionnal 45 minutes to get served. I went twice to talk to the manager and I am usually really patient. We even saw people getting served before us that arrived 25 minutes AFTER us. Was really unpleasant.

  Food was good. Service not so much as many others stated. Seems like owners don't care about repeat clients if they still haven't fixed it. Been here before...
  2.25 for very tiny 200ml glass of soda(with ice, you get like 150ml of liquid!!) with no free refills. Wow. If you are not offering free refills then at least make the sizes bigger!
  Teach your waiters to bring more water when it's finished. If they want tips they should do it without guests sitting and waiting for 10 minutes thirsty.
