  Great place for breakfast.
  
  I was in Quebec for business and didn't know any of the local spots, but the reviews seemed good here and the menu was appealing. I ended up just getting french toast, but everything looked and smelled great, especially the crepes.
  
  I would definitely recommend checking out Tutti Frutti if you wanted to have a great breakfast.
  
  Just editing the review to say I came back a second day and got the Tutti Frutti Special and it was great too!

  This restaurant has AMAZING breakfast and service. Every single time we go, everything remains exactly the same, which is as good as the time before. The restaurant is always super clean. Way better than some of the other breakfast restaurants I've been to. I have never been disappointed at Tutti Frutti Sainte-Foy, I have not tried any other locations yet.
