  I am vegetarian and gluten free and really wanted to try the Brazil nuts & Spinach burger but it's made with flour. I was bummed cause my husband had it & it looked really good! Instead I had the Tofu burger which was delicious. It's marinated in Maple syrup so it's a sweet and salty flavor. They do have gluten free buns which were really good. I also loved the fries & variety of mayo's. We will definitely go back to Chez Victor!

  Great tasting hamburgers and nice selection of beers. Nice selection of condiments for the house made fries.

  Lots of craft beer, good selection of Canadian Pub food - and vegetarian friendly. Poutine wasn't the best I've had, but this is a good spot near the old town, but doesn't feel like a trap. Staff was extremely friendly.

  Great variety of burgers and poutine. Renewed frequently. The quality/price is awesome ! A must in Québec City for burgers and the 300 St-Paul one is the best of all of them. Each branch got a few unique burgers.

  Had read many great reviews and decided to check it out. Was truly excited about the variety of vegetarian burgers and poutines available. Great service and decently prices menu. Definitely recommend going there!
