  Constantly changing menu with excellent wine options, this is one of the best places to eat in Quebec City, the veal sweetbreads were particularly delicious.

  I couldn't possibly imagine a better place to spend the last night of our trip for dinner. The staff were incredibly friendly and they made it their mission to make sure everyone had a great meal and a great time. I'd go back in a heartbeat!

  Loved this place! It can be a little loud, but the staff will welcome you like family - even if you're not a native French speaker. They know the menu items intimately (ingredients in each dish, ingredient origin, unique qualities of the meal, etc) and will delightfully go over the menu in your preference of French or English. They try to speak at a reasonable pace, but their excitement for the dishes, ingredients, and just in general can have them speaking just a tad quickly. However, they will happily repeat or elaborate on and dish if requested.
  
  Sit at the bar, if it's available, and it feels like you're eating in the kitchen! You can watch the staff cook, clean, serve drinks, and have fun. What a blast! Throughout my meal friends and staff would walk right into the kitchen share hugs, laughs, and drinks with each other. The crew in the kitchen was a real treat and would toast shots occasionally during my 2.5 hour visit. I'm not sure if it's common, but sitting at the bar might get you in on the action too (and a free shot of whiskey). While the kitchen seemed a little chaotic at times, the food was delicious and delivered with great attention to the finest details. Portion sizes were adequate, but not large.
  
  This place is RELAXED! Definitely allocate 2 hours for your meal, 3 hours if you're thinking about dessert. The time goes by faster than you'll notice!

  The food was delicious. Absolutely delicious! We were very pleased. Until, they took advantage of us. We ordered a couple drinks and than the bartender and cook brought us shots,which we DID NOT order. They proceeded to give us more shots. Than when we were ready to leave, they asked us to stay and invited us to sit with them at the bar after hours. They proceeded to give us more shots and wine "that had been open so they were okay to give it to us". We didn't ask for any of this and assumed it was being gifted. When we got the bill, we realized they charged us for everything. Very uncool. Total rip off and they took advantage of us. So, for this reason, we will not return and we will not recommend.

  Really enjoyed the meal and the knowledge of the menu by the staff. There was a varied amount of options with lots of wild game.
