  We ordered the pork gyoza and takoyaki for appetizers and both were really good. I personally thought my miso ramen's soup base was great, however the pork was indeed dry as others have mentioned. The staff was very friendly. Overall a good choice for ramen.

  That said, the wait is well worth it, with hands down the best ramen I've ever had. When I'm in Quebec city, I make it a point to visit. You will not regret it.
